Workers Badge/ Bridge Blockchain Credentials is a cutting-edge cross-chain messaging protocol designed to facilitate seamless, secure, and efficient NFTs transfer across various blockchain networks. As a gateway for interoperability, WB3C empowers holders of skills and job verifiable credentials to extend the sharing of ownership of NFTs and verified identity beyond the constraints of single blockchain/DLT and allows Verifier to choose the desired ledger for proof verification of events, such as attendance courses, esams, job, benefits.
- Motivation for the project: The gateway transfer representation of skills& job credentials from ALGORAND to other selected DLTs, in a trustworthy and secure manner. Smart contract will be programed for data transfer. So ownership verifiability and transactions will be visible on public ledger of chain preferred by Verifiers.
- Generic use case description: Jobseeker (i.e. Talent in Digital) share by open badge 3.0 his verifiable credentials across chain that HR Officers can verify for hiring process by bridge on DLT he use and others one.
- Essential functionalities: Data Transfer Bridge: we have to build an oracle service to relay information regarding the tokens. This service transfers data as and when required to a pre-agreed list of destination networks (i.e. ETHEREUM, SOLANA, POLYGON, BINANCE, etc.).

- Potential demonstration scenario: A jobseeker shares verifiable NFT credentials via a digital wallet; an HR officer verifies them using a blockchain-based system. Credentials are validated across multiple chains using zero-knowledge proof, ensuring privacy, security, and transparency, streamlining hiring decisions.

CEO - 14+ years in Business Strategy and 8+ years in Innovation Management & Blockchain Technology. He is invented patent on blockchain and work as Expert on Blockchain/DLT Standardisation for Europe (BlockStand Project) and UNINFO (ISO TC 307, CEN-CENELEC). He has 13 years experience about strategy, digital transformation projects sustainability driven for SME in food, fashion, logistics, IT industries and Government also in European Funded Project. He in case of financing will be project Leader for WB3C.
